The hotel was great and we enjoyed our stay. However, the biggest downside is the lack of healthy food options. Pizza, chips, ice creams and pancakes are all available, but there are no real healthy choices. As a vegetarian, my options were even more limited.
I also found the Disney app confusing and misleading. Despite this, the actual hotel was nice and had a playroom for the kids. I think they could have done more to entertain the kids during the day, perhaps with arts and crafts, Disney-themed activities or challenges.
The staff at the hotel was great, very helpful and fast. Their friendly and efficient service made the whole stay enjoyable.
