Rude and unfriendly

The room is super small, there’s hardly any space to open the luggage. There was no bottle water, you have to go to the corridor to fill water into your own container. We checked in at 10+pm. The receptionist was rude and unfriendly when I told her that my room card couldn’t open the door. There is nothing near the hotel, no restaurants, no 7-eleven store.

Stayed here for a concert, and had a pleasant time! Lots of food options available in the hotel alone and more options just a short walk away. All connected to the hotel. Very convenient with transportation as well. Both bus and metro less then a 5 min walk away.

If you’re in Hong Kong for an overnight, this would be a great place to stay. Beautiful accommodation, and the free airport shuttle was also nice.
