Our stay at Gran Meliá Arusha was simply outstanding and far exceeded everything we could have imagined. From the very first moment, the hotel impressed us with its elegance, tranquility, and breathtaking natural setting. We were lucky to stay in a room with stunning views of Mount Meru, waking up every morning to an absolutely magical landscape. The infinity pool is spectacular, perfectly integrated into the surroundings and ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures. The gardens are lush, impeccably maintained, and simply beautiful, creating a peaceful oasis that makes you forget the outside world. But what truly made our experience extraordinary was the exceptional level of personalized service, especially from Daniel Ramos, Guest Experience Manager. His dedication went far beyond what anyone could expect. When I lost a personal object that seemed almost impossible to recover, Daniel did not stop until he found it. His effort, persistence, and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a story with a perfect ending. This level of attention and humanity is rare to find and made us feel truly valued as guests. Gran Meliá Arusha is not just a luxury hotel with stunning facilities—it is a place where people truly make the difference. Very spacious spotless accommodation ; comfortable bed , all the facilities I needed, and beautiful views from the bedroom and from the rooftop bar and restaurant terrace. Professional and welcoming.
