All of the staff were extremely nice and professional. The property Is very well maintained and gorgeous. The 2 bedroom ocean view was spacious and directly on the beach. During my stay the occupancy was low and some services which were told would be available such as room service was not. I had to walk to the restaurant and order then wait for my food. Also because of low occupancy the poolside restaurant and pizza place closed early as well. It would have been helpful to have this information upon checking in.
