Beautiful and well kept grounds/beach /facilities. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. One suggestion: all 4 pillows were very high, perhaps have a couple of lower ones????. Overall a wonderful stay.

My family had a wonderful stay at The resort, it was supposed to rain but we had beautiful weather, great breezes and the pool is very refreshing and nice. The staff was a very accommodating when we got there early and gave us early check in. Thank you so much Umaya!

The shuttle drivers were excellent friendly and informative. They waited for us 3 hours past our pick up time due to our flight from Dallas being delayed. It should be known that even though they take you to Placencia village at specific times you can call them to be a taxi as well and save money over the price of a regular taxi. Good food

You can choose an ocean view for more waves and boats passing and amazing custom pizza choices, and pools with a pool-side bar, or you can choose a laguna view for more calm and greater peace and more variety at the restaurant on that side. Well shaded, well lighted, still much privacy and grassy sunshine and flowers. What a beautiful place!

Our flight was delayed by several hours so we arrived to the resort just before the restaurant closed. My family hadn't eaten since breakfast and when we asked about the restaurant squeezing us in before close, they graciously agreed. The team was incredibly kind and helpful. The staff we spoke to that evening remembered us by name the next morning. They went out of their way to make sure our family enjoyed our short time at the resort. We would love to come back and visit again and highly recommend this property!
