Hotels with Free Breakfast in Utah

The hotel is very well maintained and staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and of a good size for families. Location is great as it is in the heart of Springdale at walking distance to restaurants and shops, and very close to the entrance of Zion. The views of the park are spectacular from the porches. The only downside for us was the floor of the room felt dusty, specially in the walk-in closet.

The rooms were nice, food was nice as well. The staff that checked us in somehow gave us the wrong direction to our room and where to park.

Five Stars! We already talked about how great of a stay it was and how we should come back for more days in the future. There are always improvements that can be made and this does seem to be an older building. Having said that, it was well maintained, clean, helpful staff, and they definitely have put a lot of effort into updating the rooms and amenities. My two kids wanted more time to swim in their pool and play mini golf and the price was an incredible value.
