Great Stay in Detroit

Beautiful, clean, and exceptional service. The split elevator situation is a little weird, but over all we had a very pleasant experience. Thats just a cool.old building thing. Lol

Decent stay for the price

Check-in was nice, some staff didn’t know where things were in the building, security and valet were great. Room was comfy enough, slept alone and need all 4 pillows provided as they were little squares not king size or even twin size pillows; if I came with my partner we would’ve needed 3-4 more. Whoever designed the drain in the shower and the shower head has never showered here and had to sleep. The water drips for a short while onto the aluminum drain cover, pinging like rain on a tin rough, but loudly bc it’s a tiled room. I’d stay here again regardless

Unwelcoming staff. Rooms were not cleaned. I had to wait 2 hours for them to send up some towels for me. Valet guys were nice.

Rooms were comfortable bedsand modr were nice to sleep in. I called guest services for extra towels, and they never came. Called back, and the front desk said they'd bring them to the room and did right away. Otherwise, the hotel and its ambiance are eclectic and modern at the same time.

Brkfst was good in the restaurant. Staff friendly. Main complaint was lighting in room, hard to keep adjusted with the wall controls. Then all the lights came on at 2 am and finally unplugged them to get them to stay off.
