the staff were right next door to me, was woken at 4 am with pounding on the door next to us, carried on arguing back and forth for over a half hour. slamming the door and loud voices. wasnt very clean. elevator was extremely sticky and smelled of stale beer.

First floor window wide open upon check-in.TV broken in first room. Moved to different rooms, where jets in tub not working and refrigerator needed to be plugged in to a different plug to work. Window in second room was closed, but locking mechanism broken and window would not lock - dangerous condition to have on a first floor room. Severe water leak in closet. Check-in staff was very nice and helpful. Person who came and moved us from first room not helpful at all. Said everything was working fine in second room, but definitely things were not.
