Needs major repairs

The room needs major attention curtains have holes and dirty, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work and the one by the bed you could only plug one thing in at a time. There is very little “warm” water for the shower. There was holes in the bathroom door and stains on the carpet.

Overall for the price and proximity it was fairly decent. My 2 comments would be clearer instructions on where to board the shuttle and how to utilize it. Second would be to either air the rooms out or somehow deodorize them thoroughly, the room had a dingy smell, and the toilet didn’t smell very clean. Other than that it was decent.

Booked this property due to the location near the airport and free parking with shuttle. The location was good, yet I was told the parking was not free because I booked on Expedia. Therefore, I had to go off-site and pay for parking. Also, the front desk staff was rude. The room was aged with gross stains on the couch.

Disappointing and gross

Do not book through a third party or you won’t get to keep your car at the hotel during your trip. This hotel is gross, electrical wires exposed on AC unit.
