The AC in the wall was filthy, had mold on it and pieces of dirt/mold stuck to the vents. The walls in the bathroom had dirty spots in several places (around the toilet area). The lamp on the side table by the bed was half broken and full of spots/dirty. The panels on the walls inside the elevator were hanging skew and this the hand rails were not safe to hold on to. The shower head was great.

Very punctual airport shuttle. Trash piled up in trash bins when I checked in, still there when I checked out. Same with someone’s dirty towels in hallway, towels left in hallway

Good shuttle service but there was no hotel name on the shuttle.It was hard to identify it. The room was clean and good. The front desk clerk was not too friendly but helpful.

Would not risk it

Lobby area is hot and smelled like weed, it was so hot the front desk had their own fans on trying to stay cool. Requested a luggage cart to load items into room. Was told none were available. Found one at back entry door with trash loaded on it and another was at the dumpster, so we had to make several trips to the car to get our luggage in. Room was dusty, bathroom had a musty smell no ventilation. The stand that held the refrigerator was rotting, falling apart. Saw a couple of spiders in the corner. We did ask the front desk for assistance to no avail. Trip to walmart bought 2 fans to help cool the room and spider spray to hopefully ward off any spider bites, and a few cleaning supplie for bathroom. The outside of the building had trash around it and suspicious activity and concerning people hanging around the doorways. Smoke was so heavy as you enter the hotel it activated my childs asthma. Alot of airport personnel stay at this hotel, so you would think the management would take better care. Would we ever stay here again, probably not as our health and welfare are more important than saving a few dollars.

The place smelled. My first room had stained linens on the bed and the room smelled musty. The reassigned room was a little bit better. I will not return. I visit the area 2 times a year. I will go to another hotel near the airport.

Very friendly and accommodating. Helped me with my luggage etc. I had some difficulty adjusting room temperature and room had a smell as if from bug spray or cleaning materials. However it seemed very clean.
