Checked in just before midnight Wednesday, pulled the covers back and prominently 1/4 way down in the fitted sheet was about a 3/4" hole. Reported it thursday morning before leaving for the day. Come back to a freshly made bed and a full trash can because they didn't bother to empty the trash. I took a shower Thursday afternoon and the tub was clogged, went to the desk before I left Friday morning to report it. Got back Friday evening and went to take another shower to find out that nothing had been done. Went to the desk to inquire about why the maintenance wasn't performed, I was told that there is no maintenance person on Friday but they could get it fixed for me Saturday, the day I check out.

Broken glass mirror, holes in sheets, white lotion? on night stand, staff allowed guests to smoke outside of main entrance and the smell drew into the room hvac.

It started with the front desk woman who barely spoke a word to me. She checked me in and that was about it. She seemed annoyed that I was checking in. I also came for work as I was hired to play for the nearby Parish. I didn’t realize it was a party all around me. Upstairs, next to me, out in the hallway there was constant noise with plenty of banging on the walls, screaming and laughing. I was awoken so many times in the night. I had stayed here previously when I was hired by the Parish for their Christmas services and it was completely different. I’m not sure what happened but this experience was not what I was expecting.
