A fully renovated 2-bed, 2-bath home in Troy, Michigan with a private outdoor barrel sauna, fenced backyard, and two firepits. Walking distance to downtown Clawson's restaurants and bars. Twenty minutes from downtown Detroit.

The living room features a 75-inch TV, Sonos surround sound system, electric fireplace, and Italian leather sectional. Both bedrooms have dedicated workstations and blackout curtains. The primary bedroom has a queen Tempur-Pedic. The second bedroom fits a full-size bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, updated appliances, espresso machine, triple-filtered water station, and Keurig. Both bathrooms were fully renovated in 2024 — one with a rain shower and body spray jets, one with a soaking tub. Washer and dryer in-unit.

The backyard is fully fenced and private, with a barrel sauna, two firepits, a BBQ grill, and outdoor dining. Private driveway fits four vehicles with unrestricted street parking available.
