Everything was fine except I couldn't get over being called honey when I asked the African American lady standing behind the counter to the left when I first walked in as she expressed with out a smile that I was at the wrong counter " honey " it felt really dismissive. I believe in customer service with a smile and eye contact when approached by customers/potential customers
