Unfortunately, this stay was different that my previous stays which were very good. A renovation design of the bathroom has a big flaw. They installed a giant soaking bath that took up too much space. The shower was extremely small for the the three water jets or to even get one of them to work properly. Thus, water goes everywhere. After alerting maintenance that one of the TV remotes was broken, it was never replaced. I returned one evening to find no air conditioning in two of the rooms. Maintenance came up, returned with a ladder and fixed the HVAC. I later realized the HVAC was dripping water soaking the carpet. Only a tissue was in the HVAC vent to supposedly ?? soak up all the water. The front desk person was wonderful. He offered to help move me to another room.

The service was terrible from start to finish. When you pay as much as you do for a hotel like this, you expect more. There was one thing after another, and it was not a good experience. Unfortunately, I would not return.

The location and hotel are amazing. Staff is spectacular. There were some renovations still taking place so it was a little of an unfinished feeling. Also because of parties in the event space there were guests walking through the halls late at night talking loudly which was unfortunate, especially since we had to wake up at 4am for our flight. We’ve been here multiple times and will go again. It’s one of the best hotels in the area and again, the location is perfect.

Absolutely gorgeous and fancy hotel that i didnt even know was in the downtown Rochester area. Room was good and clean, beds were very comfortable.

We recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share a few concerns from our visit. Unfortunately, our experience was disrupted by an unexpected fire alarm that went off in the middle of the day while we were sleeping. The alarm continued for an extended period, and the loud, sudden noise was particularly difficult for my husband, who suffers from tinnitus. This caused him considerable discomfort. Additionally, we reported to the front desk on Saturday morning that the body wash dispenser in our bathroom wasn’t working. We were told that someone would be up right away to fix it, but despite following up with three phone calls, no one ever came. We had breakfast reservations and ultimately had to shower using shampoo instead. We also had trouble with the room temperature. Despite adjusting the thermostat multiple times, we couldn’t get the room to cool below 65 degrees. The heat made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably, particularly at night. We want to emphasize that we truly love your hotel and have stayed with you three times a year during our visits from Chicago. We already have another reservation coming up on September 5th. However, we hope to hear from a manager regarding the issues mentioned above and how they might be addressed for future stays. Thank you for your attention, and we look forward to your response.

The Royal Park Hotel is super clean, great amenities and I highly recommend this place if you want a more plush stay.
