I never stayed as I could not change the date and could not speak to anyone from wotif. Novotel were very sympathetic but were unable to assist as it was booked by wotif. I will not recommend or use wotif again.

great stay, nothing was too much trouble from extra towels brought up to the room, valet parking and staying an extra 2 hours with the parking to attend the Devonport Car Show. Beautiful room, clean and everything required for our stay, close to everything.

The room had two queen beds but was set up in such a way that made it inconvenient for us to both sleep in one of them. There was just a single table between the beds with bedside lights and power points.

Clean and well located but the green light on the smoke alarm is bright as hell and makes the room glow green at night which SUCKED! Told staff and asked for some tape to cover it but they said no but added a lot of people complain about the same thing.
