Casa bellissima, molto ben curata ed attrezzata di tutto punto con tutto nuovissimo. Si trova in mezzo agli ulivi e gode di una vista magnifica. La sig.ra Anna é stata gentilissima e molto premurosa nell'accoglienza fornendo tutto il necessario e di più. Casa dotata di ogni confort. 3 minuti in auto dal centro di Diano, fuori dal caos. La strada per arrivarci é stretta ma ben servita ed illuminata a dovere anche di notte. Consigliatissimo.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ruhige Lage, allerdings mit Autobahn in hörbarer Distanz. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man gar nichts. Die Wohnung hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage. :-) Wir sind mit unserem Hund gereist, die Familie war dem Hund gegenüber sehr entspannt und freundlich. Insgesamt sind die Italiener sehr hundefreundlich.Es lief alles sehr unkompliziert, ich kann es nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaft. Es ist genauso wie die Bilder in der Anzeige. Wir wurden sehr liebevoll begrüßt und das blieb die ganzen 2 Wochen so. Anna und Familie haben wir kaum gesehen noch gehört. Wenn wir Fragen hatten dann kommunizierten wir über den Chat. Die Anfahrt von der Stadt hoch zur Ferienwohnung ist nicht ohne aber der „leichtere“ Weg ist trotzdem machbar.In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht. Sogar genügend Handtücher und eine Waschmaschine .Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unseren Teenagern hat es gefallen. Wir haben ein Tag am Strand verbracht. Der sehr schön war vor allem die Wasserqualität. Am Folge Tag sind wir nach Nizza, Menton, San Remo, Monaco etc.gefahren und konnten problemlos unsere Hunde in der Wohnung lassen. Danke Klimaanlage. Die Stadt ( 5 min mit dem Auto) unterhalb, wo sich der Private Parkplatz befindet von wo man an den Strand oder in die Stadt innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichet, ist schön zum bummeln, shoppen und essen gehen. Wir empfehlen es sehr bei Anna seine Zeit zu verbringen. Ein Tipp: Unbedingt genug Mückenabwehr mitnehmen!

Tolles Grundstück, super Entspannung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Vorsaison gebucht. Nach einem recht steilen Anweg, der mit unserem Kleinwagen gut machbar war, erwartete uns ein großes Grundstück mit schönem großer Garten, Stellplatz und einladenden Sitz- & Liegeplätzen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, denn das Grundstück liegt recht hoch am Berg. Ja, es gibt die Aussicht auf die Autobahn und Geräusche aus der Entfernung wir (leben im Rhein-Main-Gebiet) empfanden sie nicht als störend. Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber sauber und gut ausgestattet. Da es im Mai noch etwas frischer war, waren wir an den Abenden frühzeitig drinnen. Hier gibt es einen kleinen SAT-TV. Hier wäre es schön auch auf den eigenen Netflix Account zugreifen zu können. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau, wir hatten einen super entspannten Urlaub und der Hund hatte es auch schön, was will man mehr! Achja, der zentral gelegene Parkplatz im Ort ist natürlich auch eine Erwähnung wert. Danke nochmal an unsere Gastgeber, wir hatten es sehr schön!

Meine Erfahrungen u Erlebnisse : ambivalent

Das Positive : Wohnung selbst und d Ambiente, da kann ich mich allen zuvor geäußerten posit. Aussagen anschließen. Das weniger Schöne : die Lage/Erreichbarkeit Geräusche d nahen Autobahn, vor allem großer LKWs nicht angenehm, wurde aber für mich durch die vielen posit. Umgebungseindrücke überdeckt Die problemat. Zufahrt z Wohng. (2 Möglichkeiten) wird schon in vorhergehenden Bewertg. mehrf. angespr. Hier hatte ich zweifach Pech : Bei der Hinfahrt führte mich Google fälschlicherweise kurz vor d Ziel noch auf einen plötzl stark ansteigenden Feldweg mit gerölligem Untergrund, auf dem die Räder durchdrehten.Erst nach dem Ausladen des gesamten Gepäcks, war es mir möglich,wieder anfahren zu können. Hier hätte ich mir gewünscht von Anna vorab die Empfehlung zu erhalten, die Zufahrt über die Via Monade zu wählen (etwas besser ausgebaut). Mein 2. Pech : als ich mit meinem Auto über die Via Monade nach D.M. fuhr, kam mir in einer unübersichtlichen Rechtskurve mit starkem Gefälle mit gr. Geschwindigkeit ein Auto entgegen, das recht weit auf meiner Seite fuhr. Beim spontanen Ausweichen nach rechts riss ich mir an einem kantigen rauhen Begrenzungsstein 1 Loch in das re Vorderrad. Über Luca erhielt ich zwar zeitnah Hilfe, die mir aber v diesem deutl. überteuert in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Meine beiden Verlängerungstage (durch den Reifenschaden bedingt) ließ sich Anna regulär bezahlen, obwohl am 12.10. keine weiteren Reservierungen mehr vorlagen. Hätte gerne noch 3 posit Punkte erwähnt..

Sehr tolle Umgebung

Es war sehr schön und Anna und ihr Familie sind sehr nett ☺️wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anfahrt war sehr ungewohnt, da deutschlands Straßen eher breit sind aber man gewöhnt sich dran😊die Autobahn hört man schon sehr, da wir in keiner Großstadt wohnen haben wir sie schon sehr gehört, wir sind es einfach nicht gewohnt, aber wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit eigenem Garten. Sie oberhalb von Diano Marina, die Strasse dorthin ist teilweise sehr steil, aber absolut zu schaffen. Man hört etwas die Autobahn, das hat uns nicht gestört.

Im Sommer wunderschön

Anna und ihre Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung hat uns im Sommer, aufgrund des wunderschönen Gartens, abseits vom Trubel sehr gut gefallen und sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch unserem Hund hat es dort super gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und die Küche waren sehr gut eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Aufgrund der Tiefe ist der Wohnraum etwas dunkel was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir nur draußen saßen. Dass man die Autobahn mal mehr oder weniger hört hat uns nicht gestört, wir wussten es im Vorfeld und aufgrund der Topographie gehört es in dieser Region mehr oder weniger dazu.

Super Fewo mit allem ausgestattet was du brauchst, große Räume, Fliegengitter, gepflegter schöner Garten. Parkplatz in Diano Marina. Zufahrt ist machbar. Wohnung oberhalb der Autobahn, die man je nach Windrichtung mal mehr mal weniger hört. Vermieter wenn notwenig immer erreichbar. Wir würden sofort wieder hingehen

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten wunderbare Ferientage in der Villa Chiara. Top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Im Garten gibt es mehrere Plätze um gemütlich zu sitzen. Am schönsten ist es unter den Olivenbäumen mit Blick bis zum Meer. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt ist der Parkplatz in Diano Marina. Ohne lästige Parkplatzsuche oder Parkgebühren kann man in den Ort besuchen oder zum Strand gehen. Die Auffahrt zum Ferienhaus ist etwas abenteuerlich aber zu schaffen. Vielen Dank an Anna und ihre Familie für diesen schönen Ort.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Anna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, stand uns immer mit Tipps und Antworten zur Seite. Die Ferienwohnung war extrem gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Das gesamte Gelände war eingezäunt und man konnte unter den Olivenbäumen im Garten liegen. Es gab einen privaten, eingezäunten Parkplatz in Diano Marina, sodass man den Strand bequem erreichen konnte. Da die Wohnung etwas oberhalb liegt, ist man definitiv auf ein Auto oder Roller angewiesen. Es war ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr nette Vermieter, super schönes und sicheres Grundstück. Waren mit unserem Hund da. Genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sogar noch schöner.Hatten alles da was man braucht, hat an nichts gefehlt. Garten und Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Hatten bis jetzt noch keine bessere Unterkunft!

Tolle Wohnung und sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung mit hochwertiger und geschmackvoller Ausstattung und großem Garten und Terrasse. Ruhige Lage im Olivenhain, von der Wiese aus hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht. Geschäfte und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar, besonders schön ist der Strand im Nachbarort Cervo. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend. Luca hat uns sogar mit köstlichen Aprikosen aus seinem Garten versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Für die Anfahrt empfehle ich den kleinen Umweg über die Via Monade, das schont Kupplung und Nerven.

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume und das Meer.

Die Wohnung und der grosse Garten geben einem das Gefühl im eigenen Haus zu sein. Alles ist sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Der grosse Garten mit den vielen Olivenbäumen ist ein Traum. Die Vermieter, Anna und Luca, mit Tochter Chiara und dem Hund "Whisky" sind sehr liebenswürdig, hilfreich und diskret im Hintergrund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, erholt und Sonne getankt.

Die perfekte Wohnung

Wir wurden von der Wohnungsbesitzerin abgeholt. Und als sich das elektrische Tor öffnete, kamen wir (Älteres Ehepaar mit Hund) in einem kleinen Paradies an. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung stimmen zu 100 %. Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Alles ist gemütlich und sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Anna und Luca und die kleine Chiara sind eine sehr nette Familie. Whisky, der Hund hat uns- dank Leckeres - ins Herz geschlossen. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Erwähnen muss man unbedingt den Parkplatz in Diano Marina, der ca. 4 Minuten vom Strand entfernt ist und eine Suche nach Parkplätzen erspart. Es ist schön, dass wir diesen tollen Ort gefunden haben. Wir haben dort 4 Wochen Urlaub verbracht und würden es immer wieder gerne tun. Danke auch für all die Tipps, die wir von Anna erhielten.

Villa Chiara was a fantastic base for our holiday in Liguria. The private parking space in Diano Marina was great, as the walk to and from town is rather hilly, even though it's only a mile. The villa was clean and perfectly as described, with great views. We loved it.

Wunderbar

Sehr schöne und stilvolle Wohnung mit eigenem Garten mit schönen Olivenbäumen, traumhafte Aussicht. Vielleicht etwas zu abgelegen, zu Fuß muss man schon sehr fit sein, da die Wege sehr steil sind, auch mit dem Auto ein Abenteuer. Aber das Ambiente und die sehr netten Vermieter machen alles wert. Auch für Hunde ein Traum. Würden gerne wiederkommen.

einfach zum wohlfühlen

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Chiara war wunderbar. Alles da was man braucht. Hübsch eingerichtet und sehr nette Vermieter. Auch wenn die Ferienwohnung unter der Wohnung der Vermieter liegt, ist es so, als würde man allein im Haus sein. Aber sie sind jederzeit erreichbar. Man kann sein Auto aufs Grundstück fahren, welches mit einem Tor verschlossen ist. Alles komfortabel mit Fernbedienung. Zudem bekommt man von Anna gute Tips zu Restaurants oder wo es gutes Olivenöl gibt. Man ist schnell im Ort, auch wenn der Weg etwas herausfordernd ist. Am 3. Tag sind wir aber fast schon so zügig runter und hoch gefahren, wie die Einheimischen. Der Privatparkplatz im Ort ist sehr gut, weil es einfach kaum Parkplätze gibt. Diano Marina ist ein netter Urlaubsort im klassischen Stil. Alles da, was man sich für einen Riviera-Urlaub wünscht. Gut geführte Strandbäder, Restaurants, Bars und natürlich das wunderbare italienische Eis (uns hat es am besten in der Gelateria San Pietro geschmeckt). Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne sauber Wohnung mit großzügigen Garten und Terrasse! Privatem Stellplatz direkt am Haus und zusätzlichen Parkplatz in Diano Marina! Super nette Hausleute die auch sofort reagieren, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind! Rundum eine perfekte Location!!

Eine wunderbare Bleibe mit herzlichen Vermietern
