This is a self-contained ground-level suite with a private entrance (not the entire house) with a spacious private patio and direct access to the garden. Nearby walking paths and forested trails lead toward Deep Cove, Cates Park, local beaches, and Mt. Seymour, inviting you to explore the surrounding natural landscape.
Only 15 minutes from the FIFA Fan Festival at PNE. Ideal location for enjoying World Cup events with easy access to nature and outdoor activities away from busy downtown crowds. Walk to Parkgate Village, recreation centre, and Seymour Golf and country Club. Direct transit to downtown is right outside the property. Free parking is available for up to two cars. Free street parking is available in front of the house, though there are time restrictions between 3–6 PM.

The space: Family-friendly
The suite includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, with four beds in total, including a very comfortable sofa bed. If needed, a floor mattress can be provided upon request. All kitchen essentials are included, so you’re welcome to cook during your stay.
Travel cot available upon request for families with babies :)

Please note: This is not the entire house. Guests will have exclusive access to a private, self-contained ground-level suite with a separate entrance (via a side pathway to the left of the front door). The hosts live in the upper level of the home.

The indoor living space is approximately 830 sq ft. In addition, there is a large private patio (over 900 sq ft), offering a spacious outdoor area to relax, especially during warmer days.

This space is ideal for 4–6 guests, but can accommodate up to 8 guests depending on your group’s comfort level and sleeping preferences. Additional guest fee applies after 5 guests:
• Peak summer/FIFA season: CAD $30 per extra guest per night
• Off-season: CAD $20 per extra guest per night

Other things to note
The home is kept at a comfortable temperature throughout your stay (central heating & air conditioning). If you ever feel too warm or cold, just let us know — we’re happy to adjust it for you anytime 😊 You can also open a window or close the vent for additional comfort, and extra blankets are provided. *Deep Cove is about a 25–30 minute walk, and Cates Park Beach is a bit closer. There are also several hidden trails nearby that connect different areas, which many guests enjoy exploring. Since many of them don’t have marked entrances, they can feel like little hidden gems.

Guests especially enjoy the peaceful forest path located just one house away from our place — a lovely walk through the woods, offering a quiet respite from city life.

One trail next to Bridge Church offers a faster and more scenic walk to Deep Cove. Another entrance near Dollarton Village, across from JJ Bean, leads to Cates Park Beach—and if you walk a bit further past the main parking area, you’ll find a very quiet, almost private-feeling beach. Mt. Seymour and Raven Woods also offer beautiful forest trails to explore.
