Apartment "Sobìa Pitticca" close to the Beach with Sea View, Pool, Terrace & Garden

The apartment "Sobìa Pitticca" awaits you with Mediterranean flair on the outskirts of Chia on the south coast of Sardinia. It is wheelchair accessible, has a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom and a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. The additional amenities of this child-friendly apartment include air conditioning, a television, a washing machine and a baby cot on request.



Outside you will find a shared pool and an outdoor shower. The opening hours of the pool are the following: 9:30am-1:30pm and 2:30pm-7:30pm. Please, keep in mind that the pool is closed every Monday. In addition there is a garden with a covered terrace and barbecue area at your private disposal, where you can relax after a long day at the beach.



Nearby the apartment there are four restaurants (max. 1 km away) and a supermarket (400 m). The coast with its numerous white sandy beaches is about 2 km away and can be reached by car in only 5 minutes. Here you can also enjoy the picturesque sea view from the "Torre Chia", a tower from the 16th century. If you have had enough of dream beaches, water sports and sunbathing, you can visit the historic island capital Cagliari, which can be reached in an hour by car. The nearest airport is also located here.
