We booked and paid for a superior room with a balcony we checked the photos on the booking site and the pokey room we were given was nothing like room we got, we asked the girl on the desk and she lied to us not happy. Staff in the bar were not welcoming and a manager spoke down to a waiter in front of customers not very professional. I have sent an email to the hotel and have not received a reply, I feel like it’s we have your money so bad luck Would not stay there again

The only compliant I had was I payed for a late checkout & and housekeeping, kept on knocking on the door for me to leave the room after I paid for an extra 2 hour check out. The front staff needs to communicate better with housekeeping for future guests who want to extend the extra 2 hours of late check out.

Nice location. Outdated lifts. Lift very crowded during embarkation days. General rooms have been renovated and great size. Meal options very good. Just during stay it had rained and many rooms got flooded incluiding cloths or personal things. Big shout to Staff that has been friendly and accomodate as possible.

The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Spa area was very small, jacuzzi very busy and as it was small we had to wait around for a while before we could find space to get in. Location is perfect, close to public transport, town centee with lots of restaurants. Beach is across the road. Town centre is dilapidated and feels unsafe. We encountered alot of drunk people during midday and one night during a stroll on the beach at 9pm, we were chased off by a drunk man swearing and shouting towards us! Felt very intimidated and unsafe.

Our room flooded and our luggage and clothes got wet and no power so very hard getting packed and about 21:00 we got another room, so without any help we had pack up and move. As of right now can’t even get a breakfast or any compensation for the inconvenience. Talking to one of the staff said that every time it rains only one or two rooms flooded but this time it was a lot worse, you would think if they new about this they would’ve fixed the roof!! Just a great start to our holiday!!!

If you plan go to a cruise very close to the marina but still needs a transportation to the pier, the building still on going renovation, the front desk male staff , in my opinion I did get a good costumer service, I did get a good impression towards the staff even the dining area
