Not a great stay

Very noisy, didn’t managed to sleep one of the two nights. Room carpet had many stains. Breakfast tasteless, very chaotic (staff argue) and dirty tables. Over expensive for the service and quality provided.

Hotel was extremely clean and in a convenient area. Walkable to all the main attractions. Only think was the breakfast buffet was good but it would have been nice to have different options and the staff at the restaurant be more attentive.

Comfortable stay in dublin

Wonderful hotel, brilliant service, generious sized rooms, super comfortable beds, great food! Loved the spa before breakfast. Only learning point for me was that I should have requested an accessible room as my mother in law struggled with the shower in the bathtub.

It was good in terms of location for what I was doing. I liked it a lot. It's a good property with fairly good staff. There was a lot of meetings of staff in the public areas where they were dealing with private conversations about behavior which I thought was weird. There was a blonde manager who was very loud and critical of staff in those meetings that should have been private. Otherwise the room was nice, bed was good. That's all I mainly care about is a good bed and the ability to be warm or cool at night. Good breakfast. You need to change the tea to Barry's. The tea was weak and not good. It wasn't served hot, but warm. I give the whole experience a 7. I've stayed at The Four Seasons which is a 10.
