The front desk staff let the hotel down..uncaring. Also valet parking is very limited and the location of the auxiliary parking is a 5 minute walk but a 25 minute drive! Is difficult to find and very tight. There is no porterage available. Altogether unsatisfactory. The positive is that the wait staff are very agreeable.

Loved Trinity City!

Everything was wonderful with our stay. Front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than we imagined for Europe. Our room overlooked a firehouse and we got worried about the noise but its honestly very quiet and not too bad a view. ;) the room and the hotel was very clean and really nice. I loved the deep tub for soaking after a long walking day! So close to a lot of things but also out of the eay where it isn't crazy trying to walk in or out of your hotel. Just close enough to temple bar to walk in a few minutes, but not hear the ruckus.

Great location, beautiful hotel!

We enjoyed our stay at Trinity City Hotel, a very beautiful hotel! It was centrally located to what we wanted to do and felt safe walking around in the evening. The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel mistakenly re-assigned our room number and key to other guests so that we were woken in the middle of the night by strange people in the room. Front desk shunted me to day manager, who shunted me to customer relations, after characterizing the situation as "a misunderstanding." Guess I misunderstood that the rooms were secure here.
