The front desk staff should have been more friendly attentive and service oriented for an upscale boutique hotel. I selected this hotel to experience a heightened level of customer service and unfortunately it fell short. The dining experience was amazing. The entire bar staff were outstanding.

Great experience from the start. After a delayed flight from US and arriving while minimal sleep the concierge and front desk were great upon arrival. We got an upgrade to one of their family suites which was superb. Bar/restaurant was great option and everyone was super helpful. Also very convenient that the hop on / hop off bus stop was right outside. Would highly recommend this hotel for families.
