VG for my specific requirements - on LUAS, close to relatives homes. Good for Airbus service (not required this visit) Poor for any local shops or amenities especially in evenings. Requires taxi or relatives transport for anywhere else.

The rooms were large, with both a shower and a bath tub. There were both electric outlets and USB battery-charging outlets in all rooms. There was an electric tea kettle and tea with biscuits available, and a large screen plasma television set. Multiple storage spaces. An ironing board and iron. When I had a problem with a clogged bath drain, a non-working phone, and water on the bathroom floor, they were resolved in minutes. The staff was courteous, available, and efficient, even at 2:00 am after I had locked myself out of my room. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is very convenient for the company that I visit annually, however, I do think that they take advantage of business travellers in terms of the prices that they charge for the room and the mail.

A break from the city

Very nice facility near the tram. Area is very modern and lots of new buildings. Hotel was very modern and staff was nice. Room was warm and even with the heat off and the fan blowing it was tricky to sleep. Unseasonably warm January maybe.

The overall looks of the property is very nice and the dining area with the breakfast option was all very well put together. My only grip is one of the days of the week I was there. I was down with my one year-old baby girl, and I ordered a Caesar salad. Apparently I did not pay for it and I assumed it was going to be charged to the room. I waited 30 minutes with nothing and then when I asked about it, they asked if I would want to pay for it so I said of course, and then I waited another 30 minutes, but still no salad until I asked about it and they had it right out to me. That was pretty offputting, especially trying to entertain a one year-old child for over an hour waiting for a simple salad. Other than that, everything about the experience of the hotel was very good with very quick service when it came to room service and deliver delivering us towels that we want

Place is lovely, staff are generally friendly & amenable to groups & kids (which is great). Food & drink a bit pricey. Would recommend to stay if meeting a group of friends.
