Chloe (and im so sorry, that is not how she spelled it) was fantastic. She suggested we return our car the night before ans arranged a shuttle pick up that evening and to the airport the next morning. It made our morning less stressful. Room was clean and confortable.

Reception staff was excellent! One waiter in the restaurant was inattentive. He sat us took a drink order and it took him 20 minutes to get our drinks...he had no problem getting drinks for other patrons who arrived after us.
