Better hotel options elsewhere.

Booked a room for 3 people for a week for my son’s wedding. Room was right above the entrance and the sliding doors made a constant bang-bang sound every time someone came through them. Asked for a different room bu t the only thing offered was an even smaller room. Don’t book here if you have more than two people and don’t accept room 108. Also, there was never any host at the restaurant and they wanted to charge me before I could even look at a menu. Very poorly managed property in need of a change in management.

Everything was perfection. On site dining was available as well as room service. Sfaff was extremely helpful in arranging taxi for early morning service to airport, suggestions for dinner and other needed assistance.

Stayed with a friend for 6 nights at this property. The staff was very helpful with local bookings and suggestions.They were always polite and courteous. The location is a nice comfortable walk to the city restaurants, trinity college, and shopping district. The bus to and from airport is a convenient stop across the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel twice and both times the experience was the same. The bathroom has no window, vent or fan. It always smells wet. The shower water goes everywhere. The bathroom door is moldy and blistered from the water. Two different times I had to ask to have the room cleaned and twice I had to go hunt down towels.

First time in Dublin and we hit the jackpot! Just one block from St. Patrick’s Cathedral and short Uber transports to “downtown “ pubs and shopping. Friendly staff and quick responses to any room needs. We purchased the hot breakfasts for all four mornings and it was delicious. The coffee machine brewed any type of coffee desired.
