Nice, Quaint and Lovely Staff

Pros: Nice Rooms - Great Staff
Cons: Breakfast is expensive, Parking options would be good.
Location: Across from St Stephens Green - Close to city and transport.
Very accommodating and helpful staff, close location to Grafton St and most facilities. Very clean and basic but nice. The only negatives are the expensive breakfast and poor parking out front, and they were doing renovations when I was there.
