The area is convenient but very noisy and busy. The hotel charged $60 when we arrived for early check in even though the room was ready. The elevator was not working when we arrived.

The hotel in general was fine, but noise was the biggest issue. And not even noise from music or "revellers" outside, but rather the constant drone from aircon units and generators outside. You could hear this in the corridor outside my room (115) too, and the same was the case one floor up.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and we appreciated the easy access to public transportation. However it was quite noisy the first night so we had to change rooms. The staff was very helpful.
