Stay was great apart from an unauthorised attempt to take £600 off my card at 4am. Hotel claimed no knowledge of it, but it came through in their name. Thankfully my account didn’t have the money in there

This is a great hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of Temple Bar and close to all the sights.

We booked a twin room and we were provided a room to accommodate mobility needs which has a standard double bed and essentially a camp bed thrown in the corner of the room which was far from adult size. The bathroom was huge and designed for access needs with no shower enclosure. It also had really strong and unpleasant aroma as though the room was jet washed in bleach. The hotel was lively the staff were very friendly but not sure I’d go back for the price paid.

Staff member at the desk actually lied to us when we came down after first night complaining about loud music till 2am. Said he didnt know where it came from, that it wasn't from the pub, and he couldnt do anything for us as regards getting a quieter room. Phone in room was broken when we tried at about midnight so we couldnt call down. Found out second night - phone working drom night crew that noise was from the pub. talked to nanager after second sleepless night and he moved us to a quiet riom. Next night same thing

Wonderful time, safe and very clean! Convenient location to all the big attractions! I was a single female traveling alone and I felt comfortable with the Hotel in every way! I will stay there again next time and probably every time I come to Dublin! Staff were all helpful and excellentI I had to use the laundry services and my clothes came back clean and smelling wonderful! I could not be happier with my entire experience there! Excellent all around, thank you!

Can't get a better location in town if a tourist. Classic hotel, excellent staff, attached bar, music, restaurant. Very clean and had amenities. There was trouble with TV and phone but fixed promptly.
