Nice rooms and good location. Unfortunately the window didnt seal properly and there was noisy construction across the road. The restaurant/bar wasn't open, which we only found out on arrival.

We stopped for 4 nights recently and found the Zanzibar Locke to be a fantastic place stay. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We had a twin room on the first floor (room 1.16) and it was spacious and modern with a small fitted kitchen with cooking facilities,fridge,microwave/oven and washing machine. The bathroom was modern and spacious. It is right next to the famous Halfpenny Bridge which leads straight into the Tempke Bar area. There are plenty of dining,bars and shops nearby.

Really fab property right in the heart of everything! Loved having the little living area, only used it to have coffee in the mornings but was really nice to have seating and kitchen area rather than sitting on the bed having coffee. Lovely bathroom, comfy bed (although pillows not great), really quiet despite being right in the middle of everything. Lovely staff, absolutely would stay again!

Cannot beat this location. Would be great if the bar inside was open, looks like too great of a space not to be active. Cafe/Common/Patio Space is excellent. Rooms are great. Staff extremely accommodating. Parking a wee hike, but worth it for this stay. We'll stay again.

This property is centrally located right across the river from Temple Bar and is conveniently located for visiting every major site in Dublin by foot. The longest walk we had was to the train station which was 30 mins to the west. I had booked a twin room to share with my sister and it was perfect. We had a little sitting area and a well equipped kitchenette so we could sit and chat and also make meals together. The room was both modern and clean and I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Dublin. We unfortunately had a room at the back of the hotel and there was a major construction project going on but it wasn’t too much of a distraction…even though it was unsightly.
