Stayed for one night. Asked for a quiet room pre check in which was accommodated, the hotel is really quiet for a city center location anyway. Super comfy beds, automatic curtains, nice toiletries. We didn’t eat in the hotel but did have various drinks in the bar. Also used the spa for a treatment and to chill which I highly recommend. Only slight concern was no slippers or robe on arrival which I was only aware should be there when heading to the spa. Will stay again, great hotel.

Enjoyed our 5-day stay in one of the terrace suites. Hotel itself is beautiful, with very friendly and helpful staff. We were disappointed to not have a tub in our room, despite it being shown in the photos. Also, the technology in the rooms was cumbersome at times. BUT those are slight grievances compared to the overall experience. Great location, very walkable to all kinds of dining and shopping and the bustle of the city.

The staff were incredible! Everyone was kind and helpful and professional. Marin was lovely and provided detailed information for day trips and getting around the city. The food was delicious. The bartenders were such good sports with all our requests! The room was quiet and clean. The location was great!

The location, staff, and amenities of the Chancery are amazing and I highly recommend to anyone staying in Dublin. The bar and restaurant easily compete with the best of the area including their fish & chips! The hotel is just steps away from some of the best attractions Dublin has to offer, and after you’ve enjoyed a day of walking I can not recommend the Turkish bath enough. We had an unforgettable stay.

On their Expedia listing page they should list where they validate parking. They only validate for one garage and there are multiple close by. Hotel was clean and modern. Their bed and pillows are comfortable. Great shower as well. View upgrade is not worth it. We arranged with staff to arrange a taxi pickup in the AM. They arranged the time wrong and that was stressful. Street in front of hotel felt not safe. You can see cell phone parts littering the ground from people who have stolen phones.

This was a wonderful hotel in the heart of Dublin. Just a few minutes walk to most attractions, and a view of Dublin Castle to boot! The staff was very accommodating, the hotel room was perfectly clean, and my husband said the pillows were the most comfortable pillows he’s ever slept on.
