We’ve stayed in many hotels ranging in quality but I can’t ever recall staying in a 4-5 star hotel that had vinyl floor covering instead of carpet. Very unpleasant on cold times. Plus being on a floor that was under repair when other floors were available made our stay very disappointing. Even though the staff were excellent we won’t be back.

Staff was excellent and were able to accommodate our early check in that we had requested, which was such a bonus. Staff friendly and this was our second stay at this hotel. Convenient to the airport bus, which lets off and picks up in front of hotel. Breakfast is wonderful and complementary, hint.. eat in the dining room as it is a bit more quiet and book ahead for a table. Bed and pillows were comfortable, we were in room 572. Shower did not drain which was a bit of an issue, otherwise all was good. The hotel is being renovated with lovely fixtures, however the work being done is pretty shoddy and I believe this will affect the hotel in the long term.. clean up from workmen on the doors and trim need to be a bit better, caulking in bathroom is pretty shoddy. It's a real shame as the hotel didn't cheapen out on fixtures, but there are some obvious unskilled workers.

I love the hotel, very central and convenient, the bus from and to the airport leave you right outside the hotel, the staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay again.
