There are numerous waterfront beach bars and restaurants to enjoy nearby. This location is on of the two very best in Dubrovnik.

Up a hill from the beach, but very close!!!

This was a perfect location, about an 8 min walk to the main bus station to old town, and about an 8 min walk to the beach. It's ground floor, but up a hill so it's a bit steep to get there. Lovely stay. Hot water didn't exist and the shower is not awesome, but it did the trick.
