The Hotel is attractively and efficiently designed - stylish yet charming. Everything you need is in your room - mini fridge, electric kettle for coffee/Tea. The location is ideal. The place is. SPOTLESS. Nikolina is as friendly and helpful as many other Reviewers have pointed out. Really glad I stayed there - I lucked out

If you really want to experience Old Town Dubrovnik--you must stay inside the walls. I recommend Hotel Villa Sigurata for the experience, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, and comfort level. Yes, there are a few steps to take to get to the hotel, but the staff picked us up at the ferry terminal and helped us with getting our luggage to the hotel. They also provided us with laundry service and luggage storage, and transfer to the airport at the end of our visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hospitality, knowledgeable host, clean room, great location! We would definitely recommend this property. One caution, like many cities, we noticed a few cockroaches in the streets near where we stayed--we would advise not bringing food into the room where you are sleeping so as not to attract pests

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Dubrovnik staying at Villa Sigurata. The hotel is perfectly located inside the walls of the old city with all major attractions, bars, restaurants etc just a couple of minutes walk away. The room was spotlessly clean the bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of towels, tea and coffee etc. As for Nikolina, she couldn’t have been more helpful, full of useful information, extremely efficient ordering taxis etc and friendly and cheerful all the time. All in all it’s a 10 out of 10 from me, brilliant location, lovely host and Ron the dog is a star!

Fantastic location right in the heart of Dubrovnik old town, beside the walls, the pier to go to Lokrum or to the blue cave boat trip! The host was great and recommended where to go and to get the Dubrovnik pass which is essential when in Dubrovnik!

Went to Dubrovnik for a solo trip and stayed at this hotel for a few days. Everything about this hotel is great. It’s very convenient to walk to most attractions as it’s located right in the old city. Nikolina the host was very kind & warm and gave the best suggestions whenever needed. I will surely recommend this place for anyone wanted to stay close to old town in Dubrovnik.

I had a wonderful 4 night stay here in Dubrovnik. Nikolina is a very welcoming, warm and kind host. Everything is lovely and it’s an extremely quiet and clean hotel. Plus she also has the cutest dog and cats. She makes good recommendations of things to do and checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. There are not many stairs to get to the hotel, and it’s centrally located behind the main cathedral on a quiet street. There are a lot of stairs inside the hotel to the upper floors which is typical of Old Town.

Nikolina is great and very helpful and responsive. The room and bathroom are very clean but they are smaller than normal. The bathroom is very narrow even for a petite person.

Heart of Old Town, run with love…

This hotel has a fabulous location and is surprisingly quiet. Nikolina runs this hotel with pride and love. We took her up on her offer for an airport pickup (the rate is very fair). Her husband picked us up, brought us to the gate, and her daughter Marta escorted us from the gate to the hotel. If you have not visited Dubrovnik before, definitely use the airport pickup. You’ll be hard pressed to locate the hotel, all the while schlepping your bags. It was a lovely stay!

An excellent property in the old town, very convenient for all the sights and restaurants. It’s a few minutes walk from the closest gate (no cars allowed in the old town) but only a few steps involved in reaching the hotel. We were on the third floor and had to carry the bags up but the staff were very helpful and it was totally worthwhile. We would recommend the transfers to and from the airport, it was literally a door to door service. We would happily stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.
