Choose this hotel because the reviews were good. But they had to be lying. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. When we asked for an extra blanket the front desk acted like we wanted to steal it. And said they had no extra blankets. The bathroom had drop tiles and they were moldy and gross. We choose to not shower. The breakfast was just cereal and granola bars. The lady working the breakfast was very rude and kept mumbling under her breath upset with everyone in the dining room. We definitely won’t be back. I don’t recommend this place. We don’t need a fancy place, but a clean and comfortable. This wasn’t it!

Paid extra for a Queen/Queen room. We got to the room it was full/full. Went to front desk and was told they didn't have Queen bed rooms. I asked for a refund for the difference. They told me to contact Expedia. On chat with Expedia for a total of an hour and a half. Front desk told Expedia they couldn't refund me because I "hadn't complained" . I ended up walking back to the front desk while chatting with Expedia. Then again. In all I was at the desk 4 times. It ended with Expedia telling me the hotel was refusing to refund me the difference I paid because they gave me the room I paid for. Which they did not. I decided it wasn't worth me getting upset. I never received a refund. Beware if you book. They don't have special queen/queen rooms like it says they do. Only standard rooms
