Check in smooth. Staff is friendly, Only problem was the hallway to casino closed. They did have a shuttle for the 2 block walk. Temperature outside was very cold so we used the shuttle.

Room was smelly and the floor was sticky. I let the front desk know and they refused to do anything about it. We were not offered a different room or a cleaning. We ended up canceling the reservation and paying the full cost.

We made reservations through Expedia a month ahead and was charged at that time for the room. However when we arrived the hotel said they didn't have a reservation for us. They said it was our problem and we had to call Expedia. I showed them the confirmed itinery with confirmation on my phone but the hotel would not accept it. Horrible experience! The hotel said we could pay $212 for a room! We drove back home 5 hours instead. Will never stay there or with Hilton again!

For how expensive this hotel Is I was expecting more. We checked in Friday night 10/10 around 1030pm and the woman was so rude, and the room was just meh. Definitely not worth the price at all.

Nice spot for a quick weekend trip. Construction on a new building next door which took up much of the parking lot. However, staff was helpful and offered a shuttle to the casino. Strongly recommend Catfish Charlie’s for dinner nearby.
