Ideal location

Lovely loft conversion in old town, very accessible to local lake area and mountains for walking and cycling. Well equipped apartment- very hot in summer and great having balcony area and easy access to wonderful swimming in lake.

Comfortable apartment, great location and excellent host.

The apartment was very spacious for two adults and a child, and easily manageable, with a very useful terrace. Short distance to a very good boulangerie, OK supermarket and lakeside. Also close to good hiking terrain. Eric and his contact man Jean Claude were very amenable and easy-going. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Radweg unweit vom BƤcker und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Sehr ruhig mit schƶner Terrasse. Der perfekte Startpunkt fĆ¼r Wanderungen, Sport und Baden.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben zwei Urlaubswochen in dieser schƶnen und geschmackvollen Wohnung verbracht. Hier stimmt einfach alles: Lage, Einrichtung, Ausstattung. Sehr angenehm war auch die Kommunikation mit Herrn Bernhardt, der stets ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend war. Duingt ist wunderhĆ¼bsch und bietet alles fĆ¼r einen erholsamen Urlaub (Supermarkt, BƤcker, Badestelle, Strandbad). Dank des kostenlosen Bussystems von Annecy kƶnnten wir auf den Mietwagen verzichten und waren trotzdem mobil. Alles in allem der perfekte Urlaub am schƶnsten Ort am Lac d'Annecy - wir mƶchten gerne wiederkommen.

Urige aber schmuddlige Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat Charakter, ist aber leider in die Jahre gekommen. Es mangelt an Sauberkeit (z.B. Ć¼berall Spinnweben, verdreckter Herd, verrosteter Toaster), die SitzflƤche des Sofas im Untergeschoss zerbrƶselt, Ć¼ber Jahre angesammelt Lebensmittel stehen in einem Schrank. Lt. Vermieter gab es ein Versehen und die falsche Wohnung wurde gereinigt. Da wir keine Lust hatten einen weiteren halben Tag zu verlieren und der Reinigungskraft beim Putzen zuzuschauen, wurde uns als Wiedergutmachung die Gutschrift der ReinigungsgebĆ¼hren angeboten. Dies empfanden wir als nicht angemessen, aber ein weiteres Entgegenkommen seitens des Vermieters gab es nicht. Die in der Beschreibung der Wohnung genannten FahrrƤder und Kanus kƶnnen im Ort ausgeliehen werden, gehƶren aber nicht zur Wohnung. Somit ist die Beschreibung irrefĆ¼hrend. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit Eric in Ordnung und er war bemĆ¼ht zu helfen inkl. Einbindung eines deutschsprachigen Bekannten, war dann aber im Endeffekt ganz GeschƤftsmann, der sein Geld behalten will und auƟer mit netten Floskeln nicht bereit ist die aus unser Sicht berechtigten EinwƤnde auch finanziell anzuerkennen. FĆ¼r eine Wohnung in dieser Preisklasse hƤtten wir mehr erwartet.

Friendly host, great location

The apartment is convenient and comfortable for a family holiday by Lac Annecy. Situated in a quiet little village with a wonderful boulangerie and a handy little supermarket. Nice for bathing and walks. Monsieur Bernhardt is a considerate and conscientious host who responds quickly to all request and questions you may have.

Nous avons passĆ© en famille, une trĆØs bonne semaine dans la location d'Ɖric. Le logement est bien chauffĆ© grĆ¢ce Ć  son poĆŖle et le bois crĆ©e une atmosphĆØre trĆØs chaleureuse. On est au calme tout en Ć©tant proche du lac et la proximitĆ© de la boulangerie (100m) et de la supĆ©rette (200m) est trĆØs apprĆ©ciable. Nous recommandons cette location.

Riesige Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung ist riesig, da sie aber auf drei Ebenen verteilt ist, mit kleinen Kindern ungĆ¼nstig. Alles ist super sauber und alle GerƤte funktionieren perfekt. Es sind nicht nur 200m zum See, sondern nur 200m zum nƤchsten, sehr schƶnen Badestrand. Eric ist supernett, immer da wenn man eine Frage hat, aber zurĆ¼ckhaltend und diskret. Und auƟerdem gibt es ein paar Meter weiter eine phantastische boulangerie!
