The staff were amazing, the room was lovely, as well as very clean. The bed was really comfy and there plenty of great pillows. The shower was so powerful, i didn't want to get out. There were plenty of teabags etc and the tv actually worked properly. I cannot say enough about how great this hotel is - and such a reasonable price too. I will definitely go back and absolutely recommend. Fabulous! 🏆

Friendly welcome at reception, room and hotel spotless as on previous visits. Have upgraded from previous 4* to 5* as I've now come to terms with fact that evening meals that were previously provided by Sleeperz are no longer available and there are numerous eateries only a short walk away, and a Tesco downstairs in the station concourse.

Everything was spot on and no complaints.Staff were great. The only thing I would note is that the shower is pretty powerful, so the water was spraying out onto the floor in the bathroom. There was sufficient towels to mop it up and I like powerful showers, but thought I would note it.
