Great overnighter

Excellent stay and very convenient for Uni. Breakfast buffet serving usual stuff. Nice bar area and nicely appointed room however there is no hairdryer. £10 to park car for 24 hours payable at reception.Would stay again

Nice room, social area. Breakfast really let the experience down. Area too small for all the people. Products not replenished, including bananas (the fruit selection was limited to apples and bananas), no yogurt, no sausages. Had to queue to wait for glasses for orange juice. Just not enough staff.

Ideal Dundee hotel

Stayed for 2 nights while decorating son’s flat. Ideal location but has car parking (£10 per night). Rooms good and breakfast is a buffet so you can have as little or as much as you want.

Had the worst beds in the history of hotels we have stayed in. I was in Dundee for a hospital appointment and this was no help, and my poor husband who had to drive the next day after having driven in, did not get adequate rest because of the terrible beds you have. Please upgrade those, it's no use having a nice hotel but horrible beds to sleep in!

I didn't like the fact that there were no extra pillows or another duvet as i was cold at night. My wife had cold air blowing which makes it to cold for me but the option to have an extra quilt would have been nice.

It was lovely although hairdryer was broken and no reply when phoned front desk. Pillows are very soft but knew this from previous visit so brought my own pillow, everything else perfect

Lovely hotel close to town centre

The hotel is beautifully furnished, modern rooms and decor. Super comfy beds, luxury feel pillows and bedclothes. Reception staff so accommodating and welcoming. The only thing that let it down was the breakfast. Very basic. No mushrooms or tomatoes or fried eggs.
