Relax and enjoy the views of the idyllic, well-maintained, healthy and mostly mosquito free pond while savoring your morning coffee on the dock. ( max 2 people on dock). You and your family and friends will be delighted to watch the turtles paddle over to say "good morning" and gaze at the abundance of fish swimming by. Expansive and fenced in patio. The patio features a built in fire-pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for you and your family to enjoy..... listen to the symphony of the bull frogs in the evenings while enjoying S'mores by the fire pit. The home has four large bedrooms, including a first floor master with king bed and master bathroom, first floor ensuite with a full bed and bathroom, as well as two upstairs bedrooms - one with twin beds and 2nd BR with full bed - all tastefully decorated with hotel-quality bedding and linens. The home also features three stylish, full bathrooms - all completely remodeled in 2017. There is a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware and serving ware to entertain your family and guests. The kitchen can use a refresh but has new appliances. The two-story separate dining area features an oversized custom-designed farmhouse style table that seats twelve - perfect for entertaining! The home has a large two-story living room that comfortably seats seven with a large flat screen t.v. as well as a separate den that comfortably seats six, also with a flat screen t.v. for when the kiddos want to watch a movie on their own. The home also sports a brand-new five-zone central a/c system to ensure your and your family's comfort when relaxing in separate areas of the home. Exquisite in East Hampton

Perfect home for our family of five. Beautiful, serene, spacious, comfortable, clean and fully stocked home with nice heated pool and private pond surrounded by nature. Quality time cooking BBQ, playing board gams, biking and a quick ride to nearby beach. Great location to top restaurants, markets and shopping.

What a wonderful day at this beautiful property, and the evening the sounds of nature put us to sleep, and a beautiful morning swim in the pool woke us up with the sun. Highly suggest this pristine property and a great neighborhood.

Wonderful stay & incredibly attentive owner - will be back!

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at this lovely house surrounded by nature. A very short drive to downtown East Hampton and beaches, this house was the perfect tranquil escape for our family and two young children. The street is super quiet and serene. The house had everything we needed and was super clean! We enjoyed time at the pool, sitting and playing out in the backyard, biking and walking around the neighborhood, time in the game room, along with time outdoors at the lovely local beaches and farmstands near East Hampton. James was incredibly attentive and a superstar host - he answered all our questions extremely quickly, consistently tried to ensure we had a stellar stay, provided access to bikes & a table to work during the week (among many other on-site amenities), and managed all aspects of our stay seamlessly. We look forward to coming back!

Really great family hang out

The house was ideal for a family with kids. The gates around the watery areas provided peace of mind. A very peaceful enclave from which to explore the area. It had everything we needed from kitchen gadgets to pool toys and beach stuff. James was really helpful and brilliant at getting back to us about bits and bobs both prior to our arrival and while we were there. Note to future Brits who want to stay there: 'twin bed' means a single bed.
