With its sleek, minimalist "Fifty Shades of Greige" updated, uncluttered, midcentury feel, this exception property features a sit-in gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, Viking stove with Bosch exhaust, SubZero refrigerator, Ice maker, Wine fridge, 2 dishwahsers, Light from southern exposure floods the living room beautifully and allows access to the pool, spa and poolhouse, and grill. This home has cental AC, fireplaces in the livingroom/diningroom and the Master suite, wireless internet connection, and 7 Roku TV s with Netflix and an 15 foot movie screen in the comfortable screening room.
