Wonderfull stay at Osborne Hotel and Appartements. We stayed a full month and we had all the help and services needed. The hosts are lovely and the room was very clean. If we return to Eastbourne, we will stay there again!

Stayed here a couple of times at The osbourne apartments and have had a brilliant time with my 2 1/2 yr girl. The owners took really great care of us and we upgraded on the last strip to a larger room which was just perfect! Will stay again

From check in to check out the reception staff went over and beyond with fantastic customer service and hospitality. We stayed in a superior suite on ground floor with our pug. There was a cute little welcome pack for our dog with some treats, a toy etc which was a lovely surprise. Tea,coffe and biscuit packs were also complimentary which was really handy. The suite was equipped with EVERYTHING and more and was clean, spacious and had a fantastic shower and modern bathroom. Kitchen had everything plus a washing machine. Location was perfect and we found free off road parking in a nearby road. Osborne apartments was close to the beach, shops and restaurants/pubs. We will definitely return to this place next time we go to Eastbourne.

Great location and stay...

Great place to spend a few days, the room was excellent, spacious and clean and the staff were always happy to help with any questions as we had 2 children with us. Would happily stay here again, thanks Osbourne Apartments.

Not worth the money. In the description if claimed to have a queen size bed but when I got there it was only a double, when I spoke to reception they just said it was hotels.com fault. My tv didn’t work and when they finally sorted it and it came on there was a small hole in the screen which made watching things very difficult. Plus there was a green emergency light which had lost its cover so I had a very bright green light constantly on even at night. No way worth the money and will definitely not be staying here again. Stay well clear

We booked an executive room, but it was tiny. I would argue what was executive about it ?(room 2) it was also right next to reception so very noisy at times. Air con was great and much needed.The bed was up against the wall on one side so to get out in the night i had to climb over my partner.There was no toaster in the room. The bathroom is a planning disaster, have the planners stayed in this?the sink was so tiny you could not clean your teeth properly as to get your mouth over it you would have to press your head very hard onto the mirror and even then, it would dribble down the front of the sink. Which is evidenced by the rotting cupboard door underneath the sink.The huge soap dispenser had no soap in and was nearly as big as the sink itself. The shower was excellent. Seats outside were welcome but parasols would be good.

Warm welcome, comfortable and very clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen for a longer self catering stay. Well situated for town, beach, restaurants etc. loved the fresh fruit in reception and the tea and coffee available.
