Step into a piece of Eaton history! Built 100 years ago by a doctor, this private guest house once served as his office and later as our beloved Gigi’s home. Now it’s a cozy and well-maintained downtown Eaton, Ohio retreat with vintage charm and modern comfort. Enjoy your own outdoor entrance for complete privacy, while we live next door in the main house. A peaceful place to unwind and catch some zzs.

This private apartment guest house is attached to our main house and offers a cozy, thoughtfully updated space in the heart of downtown Eaton. Guests enjoy a separate exterior entrance.

Inside you’ll find a comfortable living room with seating (including a couch that folds out to a queen bed) electric recliner, Roku TV, a fully equipped kitchen with full-size modern appliances, a dinette table, one bedroom with a very comfy queen bed and Amazon Fire TV, and a full bathroom with step-in shower (with grab bars). There’s also in-unit laundry with detergent and softener for added convenience.

Because the home is historic, you may hear the occasional footsteps overhead. We’ve taken steps to minimize sound, but the charm of original wood floors can sometimes be heard.

Everything was just perfect! It’s an easy drive to Miami University of Ohio for anyone visiting campus. Lindsay is a terrific host and communicated so well with me. She is very hospitable and provided a charming place to stay - super clean, comfortable & cozy!

Absolutely fantastic place with everything you could need for your stay. Host was super friendly and helpful. The place is decorated very thoughtfully and was ideal for the two us and our pets. We only stayed a night while passing through on our way home to Wisconsin from Virginia. However would visit again if the opportunity presents itself.

This is a lovely space and the owner has thought of every little detail. My daughter and I stayed here so we could attend a Women’s Retreat in the local community. Such a clean, cute, and welcoming atmosphere and when I saw the painting of the West Badin Springs hotel on the wall, I felt right at home. Hoosier girl at heart,Nancy P.
