Didn't like no cover on the doona and the doona was stained. Being told to hurry up and check out at 10:00, then 5 mins later and 5 mins after that - yet no one around, let alone cleaners waiting to make up the room, what happened to making a customer feel welcome and important.

The room was very unhealthy odour and it affected my breathing and there was no fresh air only air condition and that was not the best fresh air. The room needed proper fresh air natural not air condition. The blankets on the bed was unhealthy odour on the blankets.

Tap dripped constantly. Air conditioner rattled and was too noisy to sleep. Had to turn it off which made the room very stuffy and hot,
