@Hotels.com and @hampton from @hilton too horrible care of me. Didn't stay in the room and still charged. Just horrible customer service. @hotels.com is impossible to get in touch with. They hung up on a long text chain from customer service.

The staff was great but they had no clue how to use the room TV a guide would be a great addition. Found I had no replacement towel paper in the middle of the night. The rooms are old but they try to keep them looking good but our bathroom had a lot of dark water stains in the shower and sink. I think if these things can be addressed it’s a good place to stay.

Absolutely fine

Very short overnight stay for us. We've always used this Hampton Inn as our default hotel in area. It is not intended to be a luxury experience, but it's absolutely all you need. Quiet, safe, comfortable. Good enough for me.
