Enjoyed our stay. Will return..Bedrooms need maintenance as floor boards were sinking, carpets need replaced and generally not very well maintained, not just in bedrooms, but hotel corridors. We enjoyed breakfast, although only one coffee machine and had to wait for a very long time, with long queues. Food ran out in buffet and was taking quite a long time for being refreshed.

Lovely stay

Second time staying at the hotel, great location for an overnight in Portobello. Think we were upgraded for this visit and got a fantastic room with a 4 poster bed which was a lovely surprise. Will definitely be staying again.

The room was spacious but had to get them to clean it properly as there was dust and it set my asthma off so was bad throughout the evening and night and day till we went out I would have thought they may have compensated for the inconvenience and my health they did go in after we went out for the day, but we did really enjoy the pool, sauna, and other fercilaties.
