We were sent an email before arrival telling us which car park was nearest and the hotel have a discounted rate. So after a 5 hour drive that’s where we parked on 30.12 23. When we checked out in 01.01. 24 we were informed the car park was locked till 03.01.24 no one had told us . The hotel did nothing to help us we had to arrange a hire car ourselves as we had work the next day.then we had to make a trip 9 hours total back to drop the hire car off and collect our car. This is poor service from the Accor group and will be seeking compensation.
