Hotel and room seemed a bit run down. Considering the cost didn’t feel like a 4 star experience. The shuttle to the airport was also confusing, I asked twice about it at reception, but still missed it apparently.

Convenient.Expensive food & drinks for the quality

Nice hotel if very expensive. Convenient for the airport with a free shuttle. Food and drink expensive ie we were offered a warm bottle of white wine for £33 which we sent back and my £24 prawn risotto was a plate of rice with 5 king prawns. Room clean and quiet. Lobby area very pleasant. Staff very professional. Thank you to Vladimir who resolved our wine issue quickly and efficiently - we had a nice evening.

I expected more for a 300 pound room. Beds were hard. Shower was a up so high getting in was awkward and a bit dangerous. Bathroom not vented. Half a shower door so everything got soaked on the floor. No climate control. Windows only cracked a bit at the top. Room felt small. Carpet felt old and gross. No fridge. Breakfast not included - 14 pounds / person. Parking 17 pounds. Towels were stained. Pillow cases ripped. I acknowledge my expectations may be off - but this is the most I've ever spent on a room and I was expecting luxury - especially at a Hilton property. Total disappointment.

Only "deluxe" rooms have air conditioning.

We were charged $400 pound per night. Apparently, only deluxe rooms came with air conditioning. There was also an additional cost to use the swimming pool. I would not recommend this hotel. Check out the Hampton near by if you are looking for a hotel walk to the airport. Both are about a 5 minute walk to the airport. If you don't need the shuttle, just walk instead of waiting.
