Perfect location close to the airport for a very early flight. Room was very clean and the staff very helpful and accommodated us in the restaurant without a booking. That was the only reason I didn't give it full marks. You had to reserve a table and we were not sure on what time we would arrive at the hotel. Fortunately as stated the staff managed to find one and helpfully shuffled a few things round so we were not under pressure to rush our food.

Beautiful property. Our biggest complaint was a pillow on our bed had a very disgustingly stained pillowcase. I can't understand how the cleaning staff missed it and allowed it to remain on the bed as it was clearly visible when we walked into the room. We brought the pillow to the front desk, they apologized, said a clean pillow would be brought to the room. It never arrived. Otherwise, excellent bar and dining area, well appointed room, on time shuttle.

Very poor aspects

The airport shuttle did not say hotel ot said park and ride so we got confused and me and 2 kids walked at 2am. Tried to shower. Shower waste was blocked and then overflowed onto floor sher was leaking in multiple places so water was spurting out of shower cubicle onto the floor.vso only 1 of us got half ashower after 9 hour journey. They knew had 6 and 8 year old but put ys in the furthest off room in whole building with no help with bags so kids gad to help me lump the cases all the way trying to be quiet. Asked receptionist multiple times for a coke for kids she just ignored us. £193 for a really bad experience. Ive never felt need to review hotel but for this price feel i had too
