Knew in advance the room would be small, but still a surprise was so tiny. However, it was quite sufficient as only slept there and alternative prices at other hotels out of the question. Staff all nice .

The view of Edinburgh castle was perfect, it was clean and neat but the room was tiny! Only a tiny walkway around the bed, and a micro bathroom. I think I have had bigger rooms and baths in canal houses in Amsterdam.

Try to stay somewhere else. The room and bathroom was so tiny that it was unpleasant to stay there. There is no lift so you have to carry luggage up the narrow stairs. The room was clean and the location was fine.

Moreover, because we are set in a historical and a small building, unfortunately we can't fit a lift in.
