Exactly as pictured and advertised. My room was on the second floor and surprisingly quiet. Clean, great location, clear communication before arrival and easy check-in. Would stay again!

Great location. Nicely appointed rooms. The pre-check-in process and amount of info via the portal is a little overwhelming, but it was all provided. Parking is tricky and pricey in this area, and no option to purchase it with the stay.

Perfect A* accommodation

11 Stafford Street Town house was all it promised to be. A boutique hotel very close to the centre. Everything you could need for a weekend break. Easy access to building and to room. You can leave your cases in a nearby shop so you are able to walk around the city before check in and again on day of check out. I would definitely 100% recommend this hotel/room to all looking to stay in Edinburgh.

Great place to stay in the west end of Edinburgh. No keys required so unless you forget the key code you can't get locked out! Couple of notes, the pocket door o our bathroom wouldn't close shut and the temperature was very hot at night even when we turned the heating off! Despite this we'd stay again.

Lovely stay

A great hotel. It had everything that you could need. Loved the fact there was a cupboard where guests could help themselves to ice and more tea and coffee if required. Very Clean and comfortable.

Hotel was nice and clean. The only feedback is that we had to keep our things on the floor as the room was so small it didn't have a chest of drawers to put our things on and the surface area was tiny to put anything out. The bed was lovely though as was the decor and the bath robes.

Its a lovely building, well situated. Easy self check-in. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, well stocked tea and coffee facility. It was a lovely stay and would have stayed longer if possibly. Would highly recommend.
