If you’re looking for luxury, this is not your place. If you’re looking for spacious, clean accommodation, within easy walking distance of the Royal Mile at an extremely reasonable rate - you’ve found it. Also - get the breakfast hamper!

Great place, super convenient. Room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. Be sure to check out the breakfast before you opt in. I expected a full breakfast to mean a sit down breakfast, but it was cereal and yogurt and cheese put in your room ahead of time. Although this was nice, it was not what I expected.
