We booked a spa unit,that didnt happen ,no milk ,shower drian blocked up,said reception was open at 730am,not open at all.not sure why we got disable unit.

The tv did not go needed reprogramming after being turned off , owner did not know how to fix. Microwave did not heat food. some long stay people who seem to have a lot of people to their door.( no noise) The owner is friendly and nice place is clean and quiet. Bed is comfortable chairs are nice.

We stayed through the Light Festival at the busy NY time, reverything was great, Location is best, can walk to park easy, super clean room and full equipped kitchen to make our food, abit small area for kitchen but cant fault more, the spa bath was perfect too, definitely stay there

The basin soap dispenser was empty when we arrived and the shower soap dispenser fell off the shower wall while we were there. The electric blanket didn't work. However the staff member on reception was apologetic and very happy to help :)
