Great Staff, there was a mess up with the booking through Expedia, and all the rooms were full for the first night. However, the staff sorted me into another hotel for the night to stay. 10/10 would recommend

The basin soap dispenser was empty when we arrived and the shower soap dispenser fell off the shower wall while we were there. The electric blanket didn't work. However the staff member on reception was apologetic and very happy to help :)

Great location, clean and tidy unit. Only minor issue was the bed could do with a mattress topper to improve comfort and the pillows definitely need replacing. Would stay again.

Great place to stay, everything you need and close to town, Pukekura Park and local shops. Especially liked that there were comfy chairs to relax in after a busy day out. Bed very comfortable too.
