There is no point in having climate control in the room if the recommendation is to open the window if the room is too warm. I don't expect to pay £109 to hear traffic noise. With the exception of a Scottish lady who checked me in, most of the staff seem to find it more convenient to ignore the customer. What is on offer, accomm and food is worth 50% of the prices
