Hi Doug,Thank you for the feedback. The first booking was made through our website and we offer free breakfast when booking directly. The second booking was made through Expedia so the breakfast option needs to be selected at the time of booking.Best wishes

Room was VERY small. No tea or coffee making facility, so had to pay for it in common area. The staff were EXCELLENT ! Very helpful, and very friendly.
